Samira Pavilions, a large scale luxury lifestyle second home real estate project developed by Samira Habitats circulates a quarterly mailer to all of its existing customers. The mailers concept is to update the customer on the status of their project, to show them project update photographs, and walk them through Samira Pavilions and Samira Habitats news and press release updates. A unique concept introduced in the mailer is to profile a customer every quarter to build a sense of community in the project.
